A deeply inspiring half-day immersion to close the year with clarity and purpose

As winter looms, the nights draw darker and the year comes to a close, we will come together for a focused and grounding yoga practice, creating an intimate constellation of 10 to a space to hold us so dearly.

‘Ember & Aura’ is an invitation to step into a golden space of deep presence and radiant vitality, with a restorative sauna experience courtesy of our friends at Fire & Ice Wellness.

Focusing on the harmonisation of movement, breath and meditation, we will create a space for reverence and stoke life force energy to carry you through the winter months with energy, clarity and a renewed sense of purpose.
